LPN/RN – Care-A-Van

RN or LPN with proficient phlebotomy skills.

This position is specific to our Care-A-Van team that will provide all agency mental health and substance abuse services out in the community. Preference is given to bilingual applicants and some positions require a current Class B CDL or at least eligible to obtain a Class B CDL.

Outpatient: LPN starting at $21/hr.  RN starting at $32/hr.
Crisis Unit: LPN starting at $22/hr.  RN starting at $33/hr.
