Our staff is committed to “meeting people where they are” when it comes to health needs. An extension of this commitment is our CARE-A-VAN, a mobile outpatient clinic that takes our staff and our services to local and rural communities in Muskogee and McIntosh counties in northeast Oklahoma.
Our mobile unit has a team of well-trained staff of mid-level prescribers, Therapists, Nurses, Case Managers, and Peer Support Specialists ready to serve you. They work to ensure that everyone has access to care with additional support for veterans and the Hispanic community.
