Description of Team Roles
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional environment.
Clinical Supervisor oversees the work of behavioral health professionals to ensure quality care and adherence to ethical and clinical standards.
Your Therapist assesses emotional and behavioral concerns, develop treatment plans, and use evidence-based techniques to help clients manage stress, improve coping skills, and achieve personal goals.
A First Responder Therapist is a mental‑health professional who specializes in supporting police, firefighters, EMTs, and other frontline responders through trauma-informed counseling tailored to the unique stresses of their work.
Your Case Manager develops personalized care plans, and connects clients to resources such as housing, employment, medical care, and social support.
Your Care Coordinator helps you or your family access and navigate the complex array of systems you may be working with. Care Coordinators will help link our providers to your other providers and gather information from those providers to give you the highest quality of comprehensive care.
Your PRSS uses their own lived experience with mental health or substance use challenges to build trust and rapport, model recovery, and help clients navigate treatment and community resources.
A Family Peer Recovery Support Specialist (F‑PRSS) is an individual certified by the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services who uses their lived experience as a caregiver of a child or youth with mental or behavioral health challenges to provide family peer support services.
A Behavioral Health Aide in Children and Family Services provides hands-on support to children and families facing emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges. They work closely with licensed clinicians to implement care plans, teach coping skills, and create safe, nurturing environments.
A Crisis Care Manager provides assessment, intervention, referral, and coordination of care for individuals experiencing a behavioral‑health crisis.
An Outreach Specialist is a community‑focused professional who builds relationships, develops and implements outreach programs, and promotes public health or organizational services by engaging and supporting target populations.
A court liaison is a professional intermediary who facilitates communication and coordination between the court system and agencies such as law enforcement or social services, ensuring smooth information flow, proper documentation, and efficient judicial processes.
A jail‑based case manager is a corrections‑focused professional who provides assessment, case management, care coordination, and transition planning for incarcerated individuals—often those with substance use or co‑occurring mental health disorders—by linking them to treatment services during incarceration and arranging supports for reentry into the community.
A housing specialist is a behavioral‑health support professional who helps clients secure and sustain safe, affordable housing by assessing needs, coordinating with landlords and community agencies, and connecting individuals to financial assistance and supportive services.
A Transportation Ambassador is generally a trained, community‑facing staff member who helps people navigate transportation systems, promotes safe and accessible travel, supports rider experience, and connects individuals to resources.
A Crisis Clinician/Team Lead is a licensed behavioral‑health professional who provides direct crisis intervention while also supervising and coordinating crisis‑response operations.
A Psychiatric Technician provides direct care and support to individuals with mental health conditions or developmental disabilities.
An Evening On‑Call Therapist provides mental‑health crisis assessment, intervention, and short‑term therapeutic support during evening hours.
A Crisis Clinician/Team Lead is a licensed behavioral‑health professional who provides direct crisis intervention while also supervising and coordinating crisis‑response operations.
