Must meet eligibility requirements for levels of service. Must have at least 6 months’ experience in Mental Health Field. Must become case management certified within 90 days of employment.

LPN or RN licensed by the State of Oklahoma to practice nursing. This position requires working 7pm to 7am rotating shifts.
