Case Manager – Care-A-Van

Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field.

This position is specific to our Care-A-Van team that will provide all agency mental health and substance abuse services out in the community. Preference is given to bilingual applicants and some positions require a current Class B CDL or at least eligible to obtain a Class B CDL.
